Your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Your Right to Opt Out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. While Triple Crown Moving Systems does not sell personal information in the traditional sense, we share certain data with our carrier partners and service providers to coordinate your move.

If you are a California resident and would like to exercise your right to opt out, you may submit a request using the methods described below.

What Personal Information May Be Shared

In the course of providing our brokerage services, we may share the following categories of personal information with FMCSA-authorized motor carriers and service providers:

  • Name, phone number, and email address
  • Origin and destination addresses
  • Move details (inventory, dates, special requirements)
  • Device and browsing information collected via cookies and analytics tools

How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

You may opt out using either of the following methods:

Option 1: Email

Send an email to info@triplecrownmovingsystems.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Personal Information.” Include your full name and any contact information you previously provided so we can locate your records.

Option 2: Phone

Call us at (888) 804-1208 and request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Our team will process your request.

What Happens After You Opt Out

  • We will stop sharing your personal information with third parties for purposes that constitute a “sale” under the CCPA/CPRA.
  • We may still share information as necessary to fulfill a service you have requested (e.g., coordinating an active move with an assigned carrier).
  • We will not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out rights. You will continue to receive the same quality of service.
  • Your opt-out request will be processed within 15 business days.

Additional California Privacy Rights

California residents may also exercise the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:

  • Right to Know: Request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete: Request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: You will not receive different pricing or service quality for exercising your privacy rights.
